齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變(bian)形
由于多缸發(fa)動(dong)機熄火時往往停(ting)轉(zhuan)在(zai)壓(ya)縮力最(zui)大的那個缸,使得每次起動(dong)時飛輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)受撞擊(ji)的部位大致相同,久之(zhi)便(bian)使該處齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)切入面變形。遇此情(qing)況,可將飛輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)轉(zhuan)一個角度或前(qian)、后翻轉(zhuan)后重新裝(zhuang)入,在(zai)正常情(qing)況下,如果一次不(bu)能起動(dong),則(ze)必須等(deng)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)退(tui)回到原來靜(jing)止(zhi)的位置(zhi)后,方可作第二次的起動(dong)。
2.間隙過大
齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)與(yu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)的(de)軸向距離應該保(bao)持2.5-5毫(hao)米。這(zhe)樣(yang),當主電(dian)路(lu)接通(tong)后,起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)與(yu)飛輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)尚未嚙合即(ji)已高速(su)旋轉,兩者(zhe)接觸時(shi)自然會因撞擊而發(fa)出響聲,且(qie)兩者(zhe)無法嚙合,發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)也(ye)就不能(neng)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。遇此故障,可采取將起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)電(dian)磁開關的(de)靜、動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)觸點間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)調(diao)大(da);在電(dian)磁開關與(yu)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)后殼(ke)間(jian)加墊;消除(chu)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)撥叉(cha)中部支承銷(xiao)的(de)多余間(jian)隙(xi)(xi);更換撥叉(cha)上磨損變(bian)小的(de)滑塊或(huo)(huo)滑輪(lun);往(wang)飛輪(lun)上裝(zhuang)入齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)時(shi),勿將齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)壓到飛輪(lun)底(di)部,留2-3毫(hao)米間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)或(huo)(huo)選用加厚齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)等方法,予以排除(chu)。另外,市場上銷(xiao)售的(de)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun),有的(de)總體長度(du)不符(fu)合標準,也(ye)有些(xie)不正規(gui)廠生產(chan)的(de)飛輪(lun)及齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)高度(du)不符(fu)合標準,都容易造成這(zhe)種現象,購買時(shi)要格外注意不要貪(tan)圖便宜而造成更大(da)的(de)損失 。
