齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變形(xing)
由(you)于多缸發(fa)動(dong)(dong)機熄火時(shi)往往停轉(zhuan)在壓縮力最大(da)的那個(ge)缸,使得每次(ci)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)時(shi)飛輪齒(chi)圈受撞(zhuang)擊(ji)的部位大(da)致相(xiang)同,久之便使該處齒(chi)圈切入面(mian)變形。遇(yu)此(ci)情(qing)況,可(ke)將飛輪齒(chi)圈轉(zhuan)一個(ge)角度或前、后(hou)翻轉(zhuan)后(hou)重新裝入,在正常情(qing)況下,如果一次(ci)不(bu)能起(qi)動(dong)(dong),則必(bi)須等齒(chi)輪退回到原來靜(jing)止(zhi)的位置后(hou),方可(ke)作第二次(ci)的起(qi)動(dong)(dong)。
2.間(jian)隙過大
齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)的(de)軸向(xiang)距離應該保持2.5-5毫米。這樣,當主電(dian)路(lu)接(jie)通(tong)后(hou),起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)飛輪(lun)(lun)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)尚(shang)未嚙合(he)(he)即(ji)已(yi)高速旋(xuan)轉,兩者(zhe)接(jie)觸(chu)時自然會因(yin)撞擊而(er)發(fa)出響聲,且兩者(zhe)無(wu)法嚙合(he)(he),發(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)也就不能起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)。遇此(ci)故障,可采取將起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)電(dian)磁開(kai)關的(de)靜、動(dong)(dong)觸(chu)點間(jian)(jian)隙調(diao)大;在電(dian)磁開(kai)關與(yu)起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)后(hou)殼(ke)間(jian)(jian)加(jia)墊;消除起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)撥(bo)(bo)叉(cha)中(zhong)部支承銷的(de)多余間(jian)(jian)隙;更(geng)換撥(bo)(bo)叉(cha)上磨損(sun)變小的(de)滑塊或(huo)滑輪(lun)(lun);往(wang)飛輪(lun)(lun)上裝(zhuang)入齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)時,勿將齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)壓到飛輪(lun)(lun)底部,留2-3毫米間(jian)(jian)隙或(huo)選用(yong)加(jia)厚齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)等方(fang)法,予(yu)以排除。另外,市場(chang)上銷售(shou)的(de)起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)驅動(dong)(dong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun),有(you)的(de)總體長度(du)不符合(he)(he)標(biao)準,也有(you)些(xie)不正規廠(chang)生產的(de)飛輪(lun)(lun)及齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)高度(du)不符合(he)(he)標(biao)準,都容易造(zao)成這種現象(xiang),購買時要格外注意不要貪圖便宜(yi)而(er)造(zao)成更(geng)大的(de)損(sun)失(shi) 。
