齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變(bian)形
由于多缸(gang)發動(dong)機熄火時往往停轉在壓縮力最大的那個(ge)缸(gang),使(shi)得每次(ci)起動(dong)時飛(fei)輪齒(chi)(chi)圈受撞擊的部(bu)位大致相同,久之便使(shi)該處齒(chi)(chi)圈切入(ru)面變形(xing)。遇此情況,可(ke)將飛(fei)輪齒(chi)(chi)圈轉一個(ge)角度或前(qian)、后翻轉后重新裝入(ru),在正常情況下,如果一次(ci)不能起動(dong),則必須等齒(chi)(chi)輪退回到原來靜止的位置后,方(fang)可(ke)作(zuo)第二次(ci)的起動(dong)。
2.間(jian)隙過大
齒(chi)(chi)輪與(yu)齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)的(de)(de)軸向距離應該保持(chi)2.5-5毫米(mi)(mi)。這(zhe)樣,當主電(dian)路接通后(hou),起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機齒(chi)(chi)輪與(yu)飛(fei)輪齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)尚(shang)未(wei)嚙合即已高速旋轉,兩者(zhe)(zhe)接觸時自然(ran)會因撞(zhuang)擊而發出響聲,且兩者(zhe)(zhe)無法(fa)(fa)嚙合,發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機也就不(bu)能起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。遇此故障,可采取將(jiang)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機電(dian)磁開關的(de)(de)靜、動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)觸點間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)調大;在電(dian)磁開關與(yu)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機后(hou)殼間(jian)(jian)加墊;消除起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機撥叉中(zhong)部(bu)支承銷(xiao)的(de)(de)多(duo)余(yu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi);更(geng)換撥叉上磨損變小的(de)(de)滑(hua)塊或(huo)滑(hua)輪;往(wang)飛(fei)輪上裝(zhuang)入齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)時,勿將(jiang)齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)壓(ya)到(dao)飛(fei)輪底(di)部(bu),留2-3毫米(mi)(mi)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)或(huo)選用加厚(hou)齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)等方法(fa)(fa),予以排除。另外,市(shi)場上銷(xiao)售(shou)的(de)(de)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)(chi)輪,有的(de)(de)總(zong)體長度不(bu)符(fu)合標準(zhun),也有些不(bu)正規廠(chang)生產的(de)(de)飛(fei)輪及齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)高度不(bu)符(fu)合標準(zhun),都容易造成(cheng)這(zhe)種現象,購買時要格外注意不(bu)要貪圖便宜而造成(cheng)更(geng)大的(de)(de)損失 。
