齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變形
由于多缸發動機熄火時往(wang)(wang)往(wang)(wang)停轉(zhuan)(zhuan)在壓縮力最大的(de)那個缸,使(shi)得每次起(qi)動時飛(fei)輪(lun)齒圈受(shou)撞擊的(de)部位大致相同,久之便(bian)使(shi)該處齒圈切入面變形。遇此情況,可將飛(fei)輪(lun)齒圈轉(zhuan)(zhuan)一個角度或(huo)前、后翻轉(zhuan)(zhuan)后重新(xin)裝入,在正常情況下(xia),如果一次不(bu)能(neng)起(qi)動,則(ze)必須等齒輪(lun)退回到(dao)原來靜止的(de)位置(zhi)后,方可作第二次的(de)起(qi)動。
2.間隙(xi)過(guo)大
齒(chi)輪(lun)與(yu)齒(chi)圈(quan)(quan)的(de)軸(zhou)向距離應該(gai)保持2.5-5毫米(mi)。這樣,當主電(dian)(dian)(dian)路接通后(hou),起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)齒(chi)輪(lun)與(yu)飛輪(lun)齒(chi)圈(quan)(quan)尚未嚙合(he)即(ji)已高速旋轉,兩者(zhe)接觸時(shi)自然會因撞擊(ji)而發出響聲,且兩者(zhe)無(wu)法嚙合(he),發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)也(ye)就不(bu)(bu)能起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。遇此(ci)故障,可采取將起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁開關的(de)靜(jing)、動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)觸點間隙(xi)調(diao)大;在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁開關與(yu)起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)后(hou)殼間加墊;消除(chu)起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)撥(bo)叉中部支承銷的(de)多余間隙(xi);更換(huan)撥(bo)叉上(shang)磨損(sun)變小的(de)滑塊(kuai)或滑輪(lun);往飛輪(lun)上(shang)裝(zhuang)入齒(chi)圈(quan)(quan)時(shi),勿(wu)將齒(chi)圈(quan)(quan)壓到飛輪(lun)底(di)部,留2-3毫米(mi)間隙(xi)或選用加厚齒(chi)圈(quan)(quan)等(deng)方法,予(yu)以排除(chu)。另外(wai),市(shi)場(chang)上(shang)銷售的(de)起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)輪(lun),有的(de)總(zong)體長(chang)度不(bu)(bu)符合(he)標準(zhun),也(ye)有些不(bu)(bu)正規廠(chang)生產的(de)飛輪(lun)及齒(chi)圈(quan)(quan)高度不(bu)(bu)符合(he)標準(zhun),都(dou)容易造(zao)成這種(zhong)現象,購(gou)買時(shi)要(yao)(yao)格外(wai)注意不(bu)(bu)要(yao)(yao)貪圖(tu)便宜(yi)而造(zao)成更大的(de)損(sun)失 。
