齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變形
由于多缸發動(dong)(dong)機熄(xi)火時(shi)往(wang)往(wang)停轉在壓縮力(li)最(zui)大(da)的(de)(de)那個(ge)(ge)缸,使(shi)得每(mei)次起(qi)動(dong)(dong)時(shi)飛輪齒圈受(shou)撞擊(ji)的(de)(de)部(bu)位大(da)致相(xiang)同,久之(zhi)便使(shi)該處齒圈切入(ru)(ru)面變形。遇(yu)此(ci)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang),可(ke)(ke)將飛輪齒圈轉一個(ge)(ge)角度或前(qian)、后翻轉后重新裝入(ru)(ru),在正(zheng)常(chang)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)下,如(ru)果一次不能起(qi)動(dong)(dong),則(ze)必須等(deng)齒輪退回到原來靜(jing)止(zhi)的(de)(de)位置后,方可(ke)(ke)作(zuo)第二(er)次的(de)(de)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)。
2.間(jian)隙過(guo)大
齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)與(yu)齒(chi)(chi)圈的軸(zhou)向距(ju)離應該保持(chi)2.5-5毫(hao)米。這(zhe)樣(yang),當主(zhu)電路接通后,起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)與(yu)飛輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)圈尚(shang)未嚙合(he)(he)即已高速旋轉(zhuan),兩(liang)(liang)者(zhe)接觸(chu)時(shi)(shi)自然會(hui)因(yin)撞擊而發(fa)出響聲,且兩(liang)(liang)者(zhe)無法嚙合(he)(he),發(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)也(ye)就不(bu)能(neng)起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)。遇此故障,可采取將(jiang)起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)電磁開關的靜、動(dong)(dong)觸(chu)點(dian)間(jian)(jian)隙調(diao)大;在(zai)電磁開關與(yu)起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)后殼間(jian)(jian)加(jia)墊;消(xiao)除(chu)起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)撥(bo)叉中部支(zhi)承銷的多余間(jian)(jian)隙;更換撥(bo)叉上(shang)磨損變小的滑(hua)塊或滑(hua)輪(lun);往飛輪(lun)上(shang)裝入(ru)齒(chi)(chi)圈時(shi)(shi),勿將(jiang)齒(chi)(chi)圈壓到飛輪(lun)底部,留2-3毫(hao)米間(jian)(jian)隙或選用加(jia)厚齒(chi)(chi)圈等(deng)方法,予以排除(chu)。另外,市場(chang)上(shang)銷售的起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun),有(you)的總體長度(du)不(bu)符合(he)(he)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),也(ye)有(you)些不(bu)正規廠生(sheng)產的飛輪(lun)及齒(chi)(chi)圈高度(du)不(bu)符合(he)(he)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),都容易造成這(zhe)種現象,購買時(shi)(shi)要格外注意不(bu)要貪圖便宜而造成更大的損失 。
