齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變形(xing)
由于多(duo)缸發動(dong)機熄火(huo)時(shi)往往停轉(zhuan)(zhuan)在壓縮(suo)力最(zui)大(da)的(de)那(nei)個(ge)缸,使(shi)(shi)得每次起動(dong)時(shi)飛輪齒(chi)(chi)圈受撞擊的(de)部位大(da)致(zhi)相(xiang)同,久之便使(shi)(shi)該處齒(chi)(chi)圈切入(ru)面(mian)變形。遇此情況,可將飛輪齒(chi)(chi)圈轉(zhuan)(zhuan)一(yi)個(ge)角度或前(qian)、后翻轉(zhuan)(zhuan)后重新裝入(ru),在正常情況下,如果一(yi)次不能起動(dong),則必(bi)須等齒(chi)(chi)輪退回到原來靜止(zhi)的(de)位置(zhi)后,方可作第二次的(de)起動(dong)。
2.間隙過大
齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪與(yu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈的(de)(de)軸向(xiang)距離應(ying)該保持2.5-5毫米(mi)。這樣,當主電路接通后,起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪與(yu)飛輪齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈尚未嚙合即已(yi)高(gao)速旋轉,兩(liang)(liang)者接觸(chu)時(shi)自然會因撞(zhuang)擊(ji)而(er)發出響聲(sheng),且(qie)兩(liang)(liang)者無法嚙合,發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)也(ye)就不能起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。遇此故(gu)障,可(ke)采取將(jiang)起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)電磁(ci)(ci)開(kai)關的(de)(de)靜、動(dong)(dong)(dong)觸(chu)點間(jian)隙(xi)調大(da);在電磁(ci)(ci)開(kai)關與(yu)起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)后殼間(jian)加墊;消除起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)撥叉(cha)中部支承銷(xiao)的(de)(de)多(duo)余間(jian)隙(xi);更(geng)換(huan)撥叉(cha)上磨損(sun)變小的(de)(de)滑塊或滑輪;往(wang)飛輪上裝入(ru)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈時(shi),勿(wu)將(jiang)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈壓到飛輪底部,留2-3毫米(mi)間(jian)隙(xi)或選用加厚(hou)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈等(deng)方法,予以(yi)排除。另外,市場上銷(xiao)售的(de)(de)起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪,有的(de)(de)總體長度不符合標準,也(ye)有些不正規廠生(sheng)產的(de)(de)飛輪及齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈高(gao)度不符合標準,都容易造成(cheng)這種(zhong)現象,購買時(shi)要格(ge)外注意不要貪圖便宜而(er)造成(cheng)更(geng)大(da)的(de)(de)損(sun)失 。
