齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變形
由(you)于多(duo)缸發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機熄火時往(wang)往(wang)停轉(zhuan)在壓縮力(li)最大(da)的(de)那個缸,使(shi)得(de)每次(ci)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)時飛輪齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)受撞擊的(de)部位大(da)致(zhi)相同,久(jiu)之便(bian)使(shi)該處齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)切(qie)入(ru)面變(bian)形。遇此(ci)情況,可將飛輪齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)轉(zhuan)一個角度或前(qian)、后翻轉(zhuan)后重新裝入(ru),在正常情況下,如果一次(ci)不能起動(dong)(dong)(dong),則(ze)必須等齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪退回到原來靜止的(de)位置后,方可作第二次(ci)的(de)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)。
2.間隙過大
齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)軸向距(ju)離應該保持2.5-5毫米。這樣,當主電路接通后(hou),起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)飛輪(lun)(lun)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)尚未嚙合(he)(he)(he)即已高速旋(xuan)轉,兩(liang)者接觸時(shi)自然會因撞擊而發出響聲(sheng),且兩(liang)者無法嚙合(he)(he)(he),發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)也就不能起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。遇此故障(zhang),可采取將(jiang)起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)電磁開關(guan)的(de)(de)靜、動(dong)(dong)(dong)觸點間(jian)隙(xi)調大;在(zai)電磁開關(guan)與(yu)起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)后(hou)殼間(jian)加(jia)墊;消除起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)撥叉中部支承銷(xiao)的(de)(de)多余間(jian)隙(xi);更換撥叉上(shang)磨損變小的(de)(de)滑塊(kuai)或滑輪(lun)(lun);往(wang)飛輪(lun)(lun)上(shang)裝入齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)時(shi),勿(wu)將(jiang)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)壓到飛輪(lun)(lun)底部,留2-3毫米間(jian)隙(xi)或選用加(jia)厚齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)等方(fang)法,予以排除。另外,市場上(shang)銷(xiao)售的(de)(de)起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun),有的(de)(de)總體長度不符(fu)合(he)(he)(he)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun),也有些不正規廠生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)(de)飛輪(lun)(lun)及齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)高度不符(fu)合(he)(he)(he)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun),都(dou)容(rong)易造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)這種現(xian)象,購買時(shi)要格外注意(yi)不要貪圖便宜而造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)更大的(de)(de)損失(shi) 。
