齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變形
由于多缸發動(dong)機(ji)熄火時(shi)往往停轉(zhuan)在壓(ya)縮力最(zui)大(da)的(de)那個缸,使得每次(ci)(ci)起(qi)(qi)動(dong)時(shi)飛輪齒(chi)(chi)圈受撞擊的(de)部位大(da)致相同(tong),久之(zhi)便使該處齒(chi)(chi)圈切(qie)入(ru)面變形。遇此情況(kuang),可將飛輪齒(chi)(chi)圈轉(zhuan)一(yi)個角度或前、后(hou)(hou)翻(fan)轉(zhuan)后(hou)(hou)重新裝入(ru),在正常情況(kuang)下,如果一(yi)次(ci)(ci)不(bu)能(neng)起(qi)(qi)動(dong),則(ze)必須等齒(chi)(chi)輪退回(hui)到原(yuan)來靜止的(de)位置(zhi)后(hou)(hou),方可作第二次(ci)(ci)的(de)起(qi)(qi)動(dong)。
2.間隙過大
齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)與(yu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)的(de)軸向距離應該(gai)保(bao)持2.5-5毫(hao)米。這樣(yang),當主電(dian)路接通后,起(qi)動(dong)(dong)機齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)與(yu)飛(fei)輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)尚未嚙合(he)即已高速旋轉,兩者接觸時自然(ran)會(hui)因撞擊(ji)而發出響(xiang)聲,且兩者無法嚙合(he),發動(dong)(dong)機也(ye)就不能(neng)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)。遇此故障,可采取將(jiang)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)機電(dian)磁開(kai)關的(de)靜、動(dong)(dong)觸點間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)調大;在(zai)電(dian)磁開(kai)關與(yu)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)機后殼間(jian)加墊;消除(chu)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)機撥叉中部支承銷的(de)多余間(jian)隙(xi)(xi);更換撥叉上(shang)(shang)磨損變小的(de)滑塊或滑輪(lun);往飛(fei)輪(lun)上(shang)(shang)裝入(ru)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)時,勿(wu)將(jiang)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)壓到飛(fei)輪(lun)底(di)部,留2-3毫(hao)米間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)或選用(yong)加厚齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)等方法,予以排(pai)除(chu)。另外,市場上(shang)(shang)銷售(shou)的(de)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)機驅動(dong)(dong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun),有的(de)總體長度(du)不符合(he)標(biao)準(zhun),也(ye)有些(xie)不正(zheng)規(gui)廠生產的(de)飛(fei)輪(lun)及齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)高度(du)不符合(he)標(biao)準(zhun),都容易造成(cheng)這種(zhong)現(xian)象,購(gou)買時要格外注意不要貪圖(tu)便(bian)宜而造成(cheng)更大的(de)損失 。
