齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變形(xing)
由于多缸發動(dong)(dong)機熄火時(shi)往往停轉在壓縮力(li)最(zui)大的那(nei)個(ge)缸,使(shi)得每次起動(dong)(dong)時(shi)飛輪齒圈受撞擊的部位大致相同,久之(zhi)便使(shi)該(gai)處齒圈切入(ru)(ru)面變(bian)形。遇(yu)此情況,可將(jiang)飛輪齒圈轉一(yi)個(ge)角度或前、后(hou)翻轉后(hou)重新(xin)裝入(ru)(ru),在正常情況下,如果一(yi)次不能起動(dong)(dong),則(ze)必須等齒輪退回到原(yuan)來靜(jing)止的位置后(hou),方(fang)可作第二(er)次的起動(dong)(dong)。
2.間隙過大(da)
齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與(yu)齒(chi)圈的軸向距(ju)離(li)應該保持2.5-5毫米。這(zhe)樣,當主電(dian)路(lu)接(jie)通(tong)后(hou),起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與(yu)飛輪(lun)(lun)(lun)齒(chi)圈尚未嚙(nie)(nie)合(he)即已(yi)高速(su)旋(xuan)轉,兩(liang)(liang)者(zhe)(zhe)接(jie)觸(chu)時(shi)自然會因撞擊而發(fa)出(chu)響聲(sheng),且兩(liang)(liang)者(zhe)(zhe)無法嚙(nie)(nie)合(he),發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)也(ye)就不(bu)(bu)能起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。遇(yu)此故(gu)障,可(ke)采取將起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)電(dian)磁開關的靜(jing)、動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)觸(chu)點間隙(xi)調大;在電(dian)磁開關與(yu)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)后(hou)殼(ke)間加墊;消除(chu)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)撥叉中部支承銷的多余間隙(xi);更(geng)換撥叉上(shang)磨損變小的滑塊(kuai)或滑輪(lun)(lun)(lun);往飛輪(lun)(lun)(lun)上(shang)裝入齒(chi)圈時(shi),勿將齒(chi)圈壓到飛輪(lun)(lun)(lun)底部,留2-3毫米間隙(xi)或選用加厚齒(chi)圈等方法,予以(yi)排除(chu)。另外,市場上(shang)銷售的起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun),有(you)的總體長度不(bu)(bu)符合(he)標準(zhun),也(ye)有(you)些不(bu)(bu)正規(gui)廠生產(chan)的飛輪(lun)(lun)(lun)及齒(chi)圈高度不(bu)(bu)符合(he)標準(zhun),都容易造成這(zhe)種現(xian)象,購買時(shi)要格外注意不(bu)(bu)要貪圖便宜而造成更(geng)大的損失(shi) 。
