齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變形
由于(yu)多缸發(fa)動機熄火時(shi)往往停轉在壓(ya)縮力最大的(de)(de)那(nei)個(ge)缸,使(shi)得每(mei)次起(qi)動時(shi)飛輪齒圈(quan)受撞擊的(de)(de)部位大致相同,久(jiu)之便使(shi)該處齒圈(quan)切(qie)入(ru)面(mian)變形。遇此情(qing)(qing)況,可(ke)將飛輪齒圈(quan)轉一個(ge)角度或前、后(hou)翻轉后(hou)重新裝入(ru),在正常(chang)情(qing)(qing)況下,如果一次不能起(qi)動,則必須等齒輪退回到(dao)原(yuan)來靜(jing)止的(de)(de)位置后(hou),方可(ke)作第二次的(de)(de)起(qi)動。
2.間隙過大(da)
齒(chi)輪(lun)與(yu)齒(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)的軸向距(ju)離(li)應該保持2.5-5毫米。這樣,當主電(dian)(dian)路接通(tong)后,起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)齒(chi)輪(lun)與(yu)飛輪(lun)齒(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)尚未嚙合(he)(he)即(ji)已高速旋轉(zhuan),兩者接觸(chu)時自然會因(yin)撞擊(ji)而發出響(xiang)聲,且兩者無法嚙合(he)(he),發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)也(ye)就不能(neng)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。遇(yu)此故障,可采取將起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)開(kai)關的靜、動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)觸(chu)點間(jian)隙(xi)調(diao)大;在電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)開(kai)關與(yu)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)后殼間(jian)加墊;消除起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)撥叉(cha)中(zhong)部支(zhi)承(cheng)銷的多余間(jian)隙(xi);更換撥叉(cha)上(shang)(shang)(shang)磨損變小的滑(hua)塊或(huo)(huo)滑(hua)輪(lun);往飛輪(lun)上(shang)(shang)(shang)裝(zhuang)入齒(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)時,勿將齒(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)壓(ya)到飛輪(lun)底部,留(liu)2-3毫米間(jian)隙(xi)或(huo)(huo)選用加厚齒(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)等方法,予以排(pai)除。另外,市場上(shang)(shang)(shang)銷售(shou)的起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)輪(lun),有(you)的總體長度不符合(he)(he)標準(zhun),也(ye)有(you)些不正規廠(chang)生產的飛輪(lun)及齒(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)高度不符合(he)(he)標準(zhun),都(dou)容易造成這種現象,購(gou)買時要(yao)格外注意不要(yao)貪圖(tu)便宜(yi)而造成更大的損失 。
