齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變形
由于多(duo)缸(gang)發(fa)動機熄火時(shi)往(wang)往(wang)停轉在(zai)壓縮力最大(da)的(de)那個缸(gang),使(shi)得每次(ci)起動時(shi)飛輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)圈受撞(zhuang)擊的(de)部位大(da)致(zhi)相同(tong),久之便使(shi)該(gai)處齒(chi)(chi)圈切(qie)入面變形(xing)。遇此(ci)情(qing)況(kuang),可將飛輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)圈轉一(yi)個角度(du)或前、后(hou)翻轉后(hou)重新(xin)裝入,在(zai)正常情(qing)況(kuang)下,如果(guo)一(yi)次(ci)不能起動,則(ze)必須等齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)退回到(dao)原來靜(jing)止的(de)位置后(hou),方可作(zuo)第二次(ci)的(de)起動。
2.間隙過大(da)
齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與齒(chi)圈的軸向(xiang)距離應該保持2.5-5毫(hao)米(mi)(mi)。這樣,當主電路(lu)接(jie)通后,起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與飛(fei)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)齒(chi)圈尚未嚙(nie)合(he)即已(yi)高(gao)速(su)旋轉,兩者接(jie)觸時(shi)自然(ran)會(hui)因(yin)撞擊而發(fa)出響聲(sheng),且兩者無法嚙(nie)合(he),發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機也(ye)就(jiu)不能起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。遇此故障,可采取將起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機電磁(ci)開(kai)關(guan)的靜、動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)觸點間(jian)隙調大(da);在電磁(ci)開(kai)關(guan)與起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機后殼(ke)間(jian)加墊;消除起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機撥(bo)叉(cha)(cha)中部支承銷(xiao)的多(duo)余(yu)間(jian)隙;更換撥(bo)叉(cha)(cha)上磨損變(bian)小的滑(hua)塊或滑(hua)輪(lun)(lun)(lun);往飛(fei)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)上裝入齒(chi)圈時(shi),勿將齒(chi)圈壓到(dao)飛(fei)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)底部,留(liu)2-3毫(hao)米(mi)(mi)間(jian)隙或選用(yong)加厚(hou)齒(chi)圈等方法,予以排除。另(ling)外(wai),市場上銷(xiao)售的起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun),有(you)的總(zong)體長度不符(fu)合(he)標(biao)準,也(ye)有(you)些不正規廠(chang)生(sheng)產的飛(fei)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)及齒(chi)圈高(gao)度不符(fu)合(he)標(biao)準,都(dou)容易造成(cheng)這種現象,購買時(shi)要格外(wai)注(zhu)意不要貪圖便宜而造成(cheng)更大(da)的損失 。
