齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變形
由于多缸(gang)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)機熄火(huo)時(shi)往往停轉(zhuan)在壓縮力(li)最大(da)的(de)那(nei)個缸(gang),使得每(mei)次(ci)起動(dong)(dong)時(shi)飛(fei)輪(lun)齒圈(quan)受撞擊(ji)的(de)部位大(da)致相同,久之便使該處(chu)齒圈(quan)切入面變形(xing)。遇此情況(kuang),可將飛(fei)輪(lun)齒圈(quan)轉(zhuan)一個角度或前、后(hou)翻轉(zhuan)后(hou)重新裝入,在正(zheng)常(chang)情況(kuang)下,如果一次(ci)不能起動(dong)(dong),則必須(xu)等齒輪(lun)退(tui)回到原來靜(jing)止(zhi)的(de)位置后(hou),方可作第二次(ci)的(de)起動(dong)(dong)。
2.間隙過大
齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與(yu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)的(de)軸(zhou)向距離應該保持2.5-5毫(hao)米。這樣,當主電路接通后(hou),起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與(yu)飛輪(lun)(lun)(lun)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)尚未嚙合即(ji)已高速旋轉,兩(liang)者(zhe)接觸時(shi)(shi)自然會因(yin)撞擊(ji)而發出響(xiang)聲,且兩(liang)者(zhe)無法嚙合,發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)也就不能起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。遇此故障,可采取將起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)電磁開關的(de)靜、動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)觸點間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)調(diao)大;在電磁開關與(yu)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)后(hou)殼間(jian)(jian)(jian)加墊;消除起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)撥叉(cha)中部(bu)支(zhi)承銷的(de)多(duo)余間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi);更換撥叉(cha)上磨(mo)損(sun)變(bian)小的(de)滑塊(kuai)或滑輪(lun)(lun)(lun);往飛輪(lun)(lun)(lun)上裝入齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)時(shi)(shi),勿將齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)壓到飛輪(lun)(lun)(lun)底部(bu),留2-3毫(hao)米間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)或選用(yong)加厚齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)等方法,予(yu)以排(pai)除。另外,市場(chang)上銷售(shou)的(de)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun),有的(de)總體長度不符(fu)合標(biao)準(zhun),也有些不正規廠生產的(de)飛輪(lun)(lun)(lun)及齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)高度不符(fu)合標(biao)準(zhun),都容(rong)易造(zao)成這種(zhong)現象(xiang),購買時(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)格外注(zhu)意不要(yao)(yao)貪圖便宜而造(zao)成更大的(de)損(sun)失 。
