齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變形
由(you)于多缸(gang)發動(dong)(dong)機熄火時(shi)往往停轉(zhuan)在壓縮力最大的(de)那個缸(gang),使得(de)每次起動(dong)(dong)時(shi)飛(fei)輪齒(chi)圈受撞(zhuang)擊的(de)部(bu)位大致相同(tong),久之便(bian)使該(gai)處齒(chi)圈切入面變(bian)形(xing)。遇此(ci)情(qing)(qing)況,可將(jiang)飛(fei)輪齒(chi)圈轉(zhuan)一個角度(du)或(huo)前(qian)、后(hou)翻轉(zhuan)后(hou)重(zhong)新裝入,在正常情(qing)(qing)況下,如果一次不能起動(dong)(dong),則必須等齒(chi)輪退回到原來靜止的(de)位置后(hou),方可作第(di)二次的(de)起動(dong)(dong)。
2.間(jian)隙過(guo)大
齒(chi)輪與(yu)(yu)(yu)齒(chi)圈(quan)的(de)(de)軸向距離應該保(bao)持2.5-5毫(hao)米。這樣,當主(zhu)電(dian)路接通后(hou)(hou),起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機齒(chi)輪與(yu)(yu)(yu)飛(fei)輪齒(chi)圈(quan)尚未嚙合即已高速旋轉,兩者接觸時(shi)自然(ran)會(hui)因撞(zhuang)擊(ji)而(er)發出響聲(sheng),且兩者無法嚙合,發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機也(ye)就不能起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。遇此故障(zhang),可采(cai)取將起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機電(dian)磁開(kai)關的(de)(de)靜、動(dong)(dong)(dong)觸點間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)調(diao)大(da)(da);在電(dian)磁開(kai)關與(yu)(yu)(yu)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機后(hou)(hou)殼間(jian)(jian)加(jia)墊;消(xiao)除(chu)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機撥(bo)叉(cha)(cha)中部支(zhi)承銷的(de)(de)多(duo)余間(jian)(jian)隙(xi);更(geng)換撥(bo)叉(cha)(cha)上磨(mo)損變小的(de)(de)滑塊或滑輪;往飛(fei)輪上裝入齒(chi)圈(quan)時(shi),勿將齒(chi)圈(quan)壓到飛(fei)輪底部,留2-3毫(hao)米間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)或選用加(jia)厚(hou)齒(chi)圈(quan)等方法,予以排除(chu)。另外,市場上銷售(shou)的(de)(de)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)輪,有的(de)(de)總體長度(du)不符(fu)合標(biao)準,也(ye)有些不正規廠生(sheng)產的(de)(de)飛(fei)輪及齒(chi)圈(quan)高度(du)不符(fu)合標(biao)準,都容易(yi)造成這種現象,購買時(shi)要(yao)格外注意不要(yao)貪圖便(bian)宜(yi)而(er)造成更(geng)大(da)(da)的(de)(de)損失 。
