齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變形
由于多缸發動(dong)機熄火時往往停轉(zhuan)在(zai)壓縮力最大(da)的(de)那個缸,使(shi)得每次(ci)起動(dong)時飛輪(lun)齒圈受(shou)撞擊的(de)部位大(da)致相同,久之便(bian)使(shi)該處齒圈切入面(mian)變(bian)形。遇此情況(kuang),可(ke)(ke)將飛輪(lun)齒圈轉(zhuan)一個角度或前、后翻轉(zhuan)后重新裝入,在(zai)正常情況(kuang)下,如(ru)果一次(ci)不(bu)能(neng)起動(dong),則必須等(deng)齒輪(lun)退回到原來靜(jing)止的(de)位置后,方可(ke)(ke)作第二次(ci)的(de)起動(dong)。
2.間(jian)隙過大
齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪與齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)的(de)軸向距離應該保持2.5-5毫(hao)米(mi)。這(zhe)(zhe)樣,當(dang)主(zhu)電(dian)路(lu)接通后,起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪與飛(fei)輪齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)尚(shang)未嚙合(he)(he)(he)即已高速旋轉(zhuan),兩者接觸(chu)時(shi)自(zi)然會因撞(zhuang)擊而發出響聲(sheng),且(qie)兩者無(wu)法嚙合(he)(he)(he),發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)也就不能起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。遇此故障,可采取將(jiang)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)電(dian)磁開關的(de)靜、動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)觸(chu)點間(jian)隙(xi)調大;在電(dian)磁開關與起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)后殼間(jian)加(jia)墊(dian);消除(chu)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)撥叉中(zhong)部(bu)支承銷的(de)多(duo)余間(jian)隙(xi);更(geng)換撥叉上磨損變小的(de)滑塊或(huo)滑輪;往(wang)飛(fei)輪上裝入(ru)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)時(shi),勿將(jiang)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)壓到(dao)飛(fei)輪底部(bu),留(liu)2-3毫(hao)米(mi)間(jian)隙(xi)或(huo)選用加(jia)厚齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)等方法,予以排(pai)除(chu)。另外(wai),市場(chang)上銷售的(de)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪,有(you)的(de)總體(ti)長度不符合(he)(he)(he)標準,也有(you)些不正規廠生(sheng)產的(de)飛(fei)輪及齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)高度不符合(he)(he)(he)標準,都(dou)容易(yi)造成這(zhe)(zhe)種現象,購買(mai)時(shi)要格外(wai)注意不要貪圖便宜而造成更(geng)大的(de)損失 。
