齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變形
由于多缸發動(dong)機(ji)熄火時往往停轉在(zai)壓(ya)縮(suo)力(li)最大的(de)那個(ge)缸,使得每次起(qi)動(dong)時飛(fei)輪(lun)(lun)齒圈(quan)受撞擊的(de)部位大致相(xiang)同,久(jiu)之便使該處齒圈(quan)切入面變形。遇此情況(kuang),可將飛(fei)輪(lun)(lun)齒圈(quan)轉一個(ge)角度或前(qian)、后(hou)(hou)翻轉后(hou)(hou)重新裝(zhuang)入,在(zai)正常(chang)情況(kuang)下,如果一次不能起(qi)動(dong),則必須等(deng)齒輪(lun)(lun)退回到(dao)原來靜止的(de)位置(zhi)后(hou)(hou),方可作(zuo)第二次的(de)起(qi)動(dong)。
2.間隙(xi)過(guo)大
齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)與齒(chi)圈的軸向距離應該保持(chi)2.5-5毫米(mi)。這(zhe)樣,當主電路接(jie)通后,起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)與飛(fei)輪(lun)(lun)齒(chi)圈尚未嚙合即已高(gao)速(su)旋轉,兩(liang)者(zhe)接(jie)觸時(shi)自然會因(yin)撞擊而(er)發出響聲,且兩(liang)者(zhe)無法嚙合,發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)也就不(bu)能起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。遇此故障,可采取將起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)電磁開關(guan)的靜、動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)觸點間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)調大(da);在電磁開關(guan)與起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)后殼間(jian)(jian)加墊;消除起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)撥叉中(zhong)部支承銷(xiao)(xiao)的多余(yu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi);更(geng)(geng)換(huan)撥叉上(shang)磨損變小的滑塊(kuai)或(huo)滑輪(lun)(lun);往飛(fei)輪(lun)(lun)上(shang)裝入齒(chi)圈時(shi),勿將齒(chi)圈壓(ya)到飛(fei)輪(lun)(lun)底部,留2-3毫米(mi)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)或(huo)選用加厚齒(chi)圈等方法,予以排除。另外(wai),市場上(shang)銷(xiao)(xiao)售的起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun),有(you)的總體長度不(bu)符(fu)合標準(zhun)(zhun),也有(you)些不(bu)正(zheng)規(gui)廠(chang)生產的飛(fei)輪(lun)(lun)及齒(chi)圈高(gao)度不(bu)符(fu)合標準(zhun)(zhun),都(dou)容易造成這(zhe)種現(xian)象,購買時(shi)要格外(wai)注意不(bu)要貪圖(tu)便宜而(er)造成更(geng)(geng)大(da)的損失 。
