齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變形
由于多缸(gang)發(fa)動(dong)機熄火時往往停轉(zhuan)在壓縮力最大的(de)那(nei)個缸(gang),使(shi)得每次(ci)(ci)起(qi)動(dong)時飛(fei)輪齒圈受撞擊的(de)部位大致相同,久之便(bian)使(shi)該處齒圈切入面變形。遇(yu)此情況,可將飛(fei)輪齒圈轉(zhuan)一個角(jiao)度或(huo)前、后翻(fan)轉(zhuan)后重新(xin)裝入,在正常情況下,如果一次(ci)(ci)不(bu)能起(qi)動(dong),則(ze)必須等(deng)齒輪退回到原來靜止的(de)位置后,方可作第二次(ci)(ci)的(de)起(qi)動(dong)。
2.間(jian)隙過大
齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)與(yu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)的(de)(de)(de)軸向距離應該保持(chi)2.5-5毫(hao)米。這(zhe)樣,當(dang)主電(dian)路(lu)接通(tong)后,起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)與(yu)飛(fei)輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)尚未嚙合即已(yi)高(gao)速旋轉(zhuan),兩(liang)者接觸(chu)時自然(ran)會因撞(zhuang)擊而發出(chu)響聲,且兩(liang)者無(wu)法嚙合,發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機也(ye)就不(bu)(bu)能(neng)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。遇此故障,可采取將起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機電(dian)磁開(kai)關的(de)(de)(de)靜、動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)觸(chu)點間(jian)隙(xi)調大(da);在電(dian)磁開(kai)關與(yu)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機后殼(ke)間(jian)加墊;消(xiao)除起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機撥(bo)叉(cha)中部(bu)(bu)支承銷(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)多余間(jian)隙(xi);更換撥(bo)叉(cha)上(shang)磨損(sun)(sun)變(bian)小的(de)(de)(de)滑(hua)(hua)塊或(huo)滑(hua)(hua)輪(lun);往(wang)飛(fei)輪(lun)上(shang)裝入(ru)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)時,勿(wu)將齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)壓到飛(fei)輪(lun)底部(bu)(bu),留2-3毫(hao)米間(jian)隙(xi)或(huo)選用(yong)加厚(hou)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)等(deng)方法,予以排除。另(ling)外(wai),市場上(shang)銷(xiao)售的(de)(de)(de)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun),有(you)的(de)(de)(de)總體長度(du)不(bu)(bu)符(fu)合標(biao)準,也(ye)有(you)些(xie)不(bu)(bu)正規廠生產的(de)(de)(de)飛(fei)輪(lun)及齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)高(gao)度(du)不(bu)(bu)符(fu)合標(biao)準,都容易造成這(zhe)種(zhong)現象,購買時要格外(wai)注意不(bu)(bu)要貪圖便宜(yi)而造成更大(da)的(de)(de)(de)損(sun)(sun)失 。
