齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變形(xing)
由于多缸發(fa)動(dong)機熄火時往往停轉在壓(ya)縮力最大的(de)(de)那個缸,使得每(mei)次起(qi)動(dong)時飛輪齒(chi)圈受撞擊的(de)(de)部位大致(zhi)相同,久之便使該(gai)處(chu)齒(chi)圈切入(ru)面變形。遇此情況(kuang)(kuang),可將飛輪齒(chi)圈轉一個角(jiao)度或(huo)前(qian)、后(hou)(hou)翻(fan)轉后(hou)(hou)重新裝入(ru),在正常情況(kuang)(kuang)下(xia),如果一次不(bu)能起(qi)動(dong),則必須等齒(chi)輪退回到(dao)原(yuan)來靜止的(de)(de)位置后(hou)(hou),方可作第(di)二次的(de)(de)起(qi)動(dong)。
2.間(jian)隙(xi)過大
齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)與(yu)齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)的(de)軸向距(ju)離應該保持(chi)2.5-5毫米。這樣(yang),當主電路接通后,起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)與(yu)飛(fei)(fei)輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)尚未嚙(nie)合即已高速旋轉,兩者接觸時自(zi)然會因撞(zhuang)擊(ji)而發(fa)出響聲,且(qie)兩者無(wu)法嚙(nie)合,發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機也就不(bu)能起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。遇此故障,可(ke)采取將起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機電磁開(kai)關的(de)靜、動(dong)(dong)(dong)觸點間(jian)(jian)隙調大(da);在電磁開(kai)關與(yu)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機后殼間(jian)(jian)加(jia)墊;消除起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機撥(bo)叉(cha)中(zhong)部(bu)支承銷的(de)多余間(jian)(jian)隙;更(geng)換撥(bo)叉(cha)上磨損變小的(de)滑(hua)塊或(huo)滑(hua)輪(lun);往飛(fei)(fei)輪(lun)上裝入齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)時,勿將齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)壓(ya)到(dao)飛(fei)(fei)輪(lun)底(di)部(bu),留2-3毫米間(jian)(jian)隙或(huo)選用(yong)加(jia)厚齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)等(deng)方法,予以排除。另外(wai),市(shi)場上銷售的(de)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun),有的(de)總體長度(du)不(bu)符合標(biao)準,也有些不(bu)正規廠生(sheng)產的(de)飛(fei)(fei)輪(lun)及齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)高度(du)不(bu)符合標(biao)準,都容(rong)易(yi)造成(cheng)這種現象,購買時要格(ge)外(wai)注意不(bu)要貪(tan)圖便宜而造成(cheng)更(geng)大(da)的(de)損失 。
