齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變形
由于多缸發動機熄火時往往停轉(zhuan)在壓縮力最(zui)大(da)的那個(ge)缸,使得每(mei)次起動時飛輪(lun)(lun)齒圈受(shou)撞擊(ji)的部位大(da)致相同,久之(zhi)便使該處(chu)齒圈切(qie)入面變形。遇(yu)此情(qing)況(kuang),可將飛輪(lun)(lun)齒圈轉(zhuan)一個(ge)角度(du)或前、后(hou)翻轉(zhuan)后(hou)重新(xin)裝入,在正常情(qing)況(kuang)下,如果(guo)一次不能起動,則(ze)必須等齒輪(lun)(lun)退(tui)回到原來靜止的位置后(hou),方可作第(di)二次的起動。
2.間隙(xi)過大
齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)與齒(chi)(chi)圈的(de)(de)(de)軸向距離(li)應該保持(chi)2.5-5毫(hao)米(mi)。這樣,當主電路接通后,起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)與飛輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)圈尚未嚙合(he)即已高速旋(xuan)轉(zhuan),兩(liang)者接觸時自然會因撞擊而發出響(xiang)聲(sheng),且兩(liang)者無法(fa)嚙合(he),發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機也就不(bu)(bu)能起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。遇(yu)此故障,可(ke)采取將起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機電磁開關(guan)的(de)(de)(de)靜、動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)觸點間隙調大;在電磁開關(guan)與起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機后殼(ke)間加(jia)墊;消除起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機撥叉中部支承銷的(de)(de)(de)多余間隙;更(geng)換撥叉上磨(mo)損(sun)變小的(de)(de)(de)滑塊或滑輪(lun);往(wang)飛輪(lun)上裝入(ru)齒(chi)(chi)圈時,勿將齒(chi)(chi)圈壓到飛輪(lun)底(di)部,留2-3毫(hao)米(mi)間隙或選用(yong)加(jia)厚齒(chi)(chi)圈等方法(fa),予以排除。另外,市(shi)場上銷售的(de)(de)(de)起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun),有的(de)(de)(de)總體長(chang)度不(bu)(bu)符合(he)標準,也有些不(bu)(bu)正規廠生產(chan)的(de)(de)(de)飛輪(lun)及齒(chi)(chi)圈高度不(bu)(bu)符合(he)標準,都容易造成這種現象,購買時要格外注意不(bu)(bu)要貪圖便(bian)宜而造成更(geng)大的(de)(de)(de)損(sun)失(shi) 。
