齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變形
由于(yu)多(duo)缸發動機(ji)熄火時往(wang)往(wang)停轉(zhuan)(zhuan)在壓(ya)縮力最大的(de)(de)那個缸,使(shi)(shi)得每次起動時飛輪(lun)(lun)齒(chi)圈(quan)受撞擊(ji)的(de)(de)部位(wei)大致相同(tong),久之便使(shi)(shi)該處齒(chi)圈(quan)切入(ru)(ru)面變形。遇此情(qing)況,可將飛輪(lun)(lun)齒(chi)圈(quan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)一個角度或前、后(hou)(hou)翻轉(zhuan)(zhuan)后(hou)(hou)重新裝(zhuang)入(ru)(ru),在正常情(qing)況下,如果(guo)一次不能起動,則必須(xu)等齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)退回到(dao)原(yuan)來靜止(zhi)的(de)(de)位(wei)置后(hou)(hou),方(fang)可作第二次的(de)(de)起動。
2.間隙過大
齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)與齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)的(de)(de)(de)軸向距(ju)離應該保持(chi)2.5-5毫米。這(zhe)樣,當(dang)主(zhu)電(dian)路(lu)接通后,起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)與飛(fei)輪(lun)(lun)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)尚未嚙合(he)即已高(gao)速旋轉(zhuan),兩(liang)者接觸時(shi)自然會(hui)因撞擊而發出響聲,且兩(liang)者無法嚙合(he),發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)也就不能起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。遇(yu)此故障,可采取(qu)將(jiang)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)電(dian)磁(ci)開關(guan)的(de)(de)(de)靜、動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)觸點間(jian)隙調大;在電(dian)磁(ci)開關(guan)與起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)后殼間(jian)加(jia)墊;消(xiao)除起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)撥叉中部(bu)支(zhi)承銷的(de)(de)(de)多余(yu)間(jian)隙;更換撥叉上(shang)磨損(sun)變小的(de)(de)(de)滑(hua)塊或滑(hua)輪(lun)(lun);往飛(fei)輪(lun)(lun)上(shang)裝(zhuang)入齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)時(shi),勿將(jiang)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)壓到飛(fei)輪(lun)(lun)底部(bu),留2-3毫米間(jian)隙或選用加(jia)厚齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)等方(fang)法,予以排除。另外,市場(chang)上(shang)銷售的(de)(de)(de)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun),有(you)的(de)(de)(de)總(zong)體長度不符合(he)標(biao)準,也有(you)些不正(zheng)規廠生產(chan)的(de)(de)(de)飛(fei)輪(lun)(lun)及齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)高(gao)度不符合(he)標(biao)準,都容易(yi)造(zao)(zao)成這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)象,購(gou)買時(shi)要(yao)格外注(zhu)意不要(yao)貪圖便宜而造(zao)(zao)成更大的(de)(de)(de)損(sun)失 。
