齒軸與齒圈起動機起動時驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈發出撞擊的空轉聲,其原因有二:變形和間隙過大。
1.變(bian)形
由于多缸發動機熄火時(shi)往往停(ting)轉在壓縮力最大(da)的那個(ge)(ge)缸,使得(de)每次起動時(shi)飛(fei)(fei)輪(lun)齒(chi)圈受撞擊的部位大(da)致相同,久之便(bian)使該(gai)處齒(chi)圈切入面變形。遇此情況,可將飛(fei)(fei)輪(lun)齒(chi)圈轉一個(ge)(ge)角(jiao)度或前(qian)、后翻轉后重新裝入,在正常情況下(xia),如果一次不能起動,則(ze)必須等齒(chi)輪(lun)退回到(dao)原來靜止的位置后,方可作第(di)二(er)次的起動。
2.間隙過(guo)大(da)
齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)與齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)的軸向(xiang)距(ju)離(li)應該保持(chi)2.5-5毫(hao)米。這(zhe)樣(yang),當主(zhu)電(dian)(dian)路接通后,起(qi)動(dong)(dong)機齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)與飛輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)尚未(wei)嚙合(he)即已高速旋(xuan)轉,兩者接觸時(shi)自然會因撞擊而(er)發(fa)出響(xiang)聲,且兩者無法(fa)嚙合(he),發(fa)動(dong)(dong)機也就(jiu)不(bu)能起(qi)動(dong)(dong)。遇(yu)此故障(zhang),可采取將起(qi)動(dong)(dong)機電(dian)(dian)磁開(kai)(kai)關的靜、動(dong)(dong)觸點間(jian)(jian)隙調大;在電(dian)(dian)磁開(kai)(kai)關與起(qi)動(dong)(dong)機后殼間(jian)(jian)加(jia)墊;消除(chu)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)機撥(bo)叉中部(bu)支承銷的多余間(jian)(jian)隙;更(geng)換(huan)撥(bo)叉上(shang)磨損(sun)變小的滑塊或(huo)滑輪(lun);往飛輪(lun)上(shang)裝(zhuang)入齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)時(shi),勿將齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)壓到飛輪(lun)底部(bu),留2-3毫(hao)米間(jian)(jian)隙或(huo)選(xuan)用加(jia)厚(hou)齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)等方法(fa),予以排除(chu)。另外,市場上(shang)銷售的起(qi)動(dong)(dong)機驅動(dong)(dong)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun),有的總體長度不(bu)符合(he)標準,也有些(xie)不(bu)正規廠生產的飛輪(lun)及齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)高度不(bu)符合(he)標準,都(dou)容易造(zao)成(cheng)這(zhe)種現象,購買時(shi)要格外注意不(bu)要貪圖便(bian)宜而(er)造(zao)成(cheng)更(geng)大的損(sun)失(shi) 。
